Current Policies
Check with each provider for their fees. We accept some insurance-based clients and are “In Network” with several insurance panels. If we do not accept your insurance, we offer a “superbill” you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Fees are due at the end of each session. We accept debit, credit, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice are subject to the full cost of the session and your card on file will be billed.

*Sliding scale slots between $50-$100 are available for those with need

Out of Network Benefits
If we are not a contracted provider for your insurance, you may be covered in full or part if you have “out of network” benefits. You can find out more by calling the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
How do I find my insurance benefits?
Call the number on the back of your insurance card. You might need to know this information about True Heart Therapy:

- Billing codes: 90791 (first session assessment), 90837 (individual therapy), and 90847 (family therapy)
You may want to ask:
- What are my behavioral health benefits?
- What is my deductible and/or co-pay?
- How many sessions does my plan cover?
- Do I need pre-authorization for therapy?
- What is the cost to see an out of network provider?
What if I don't want to use insurance?
That’s totally fine. You can pay out of pocket. Some people don’t want to use insurance because a mental health diagnosis is required and this will be attached to your medical record. Some couples therapy is not a covered service on insurance – depends if a diagnosis is present.
